What's your mood and what are you drinking?

My mood is dismal but I am calm. I got out of bed around 5 pm today. Drank a lot of coffee.

Haven't seen any other people today, which is a good thing since I am very tired.

It's very peaceful and quiet. My nerves are relaxing.

Now I am drinking white wine. Not often I drink white wine. But I like it.

I should go to bed now, but I will probably stay up for several hours still.

I wish you all a peaceful and calm night wherever you are!

Sun just went down where Im at.Forced my self to go for a walk down to the shopping center at the end of my street.Found a couple decent cigarette butts to smoke on.Drinking tap water and feeling oddly calm.Almost like I am dead inside.Maybe "resigned to my fate",I guess.

Yeah walking the dog is something I do a lot because I'm so bored. I even walked him round the block at 2am last night. I think being in motion does help anxiety.

I know about a place which is perfect for jumping, and it has got an easy access and there is no "do-gooders" or "samaritans" there to interrupt me. It's only a 45 minute walk from where I live. If only I was brave enough...
