Thank you so much for this post. I am very much reassured by this - I am surprised at the peacefulness without benzos, but again, that's reassuring - if they didn't have an awful experience without them, maybe it won't be so bad for those that do. To answer this specifically, esp since I forgot to include it:

Maynoname did not take a benzo as part of their protocol, they were familiar with the affects of the ones they had available and were worried it would make them sleepy too fast and therefore unable to complete the protocol, following their plan was important to them, long before I suggested taking it closer to the SN but the worry remained so I didn't push it further.

I welcome any questions that are not directly trying to source, whether here or in Convo (preferred to chat). If anyone has any questions specifically regarding figuring out their benzo dose, those questions are welcome, just not on this thread. I have been on them/abusing them for years and am overly familiar. Much love, all<3

if i take the benzo drink right before drinking the SN drink is there a possibility i could puke it out while unconscious and then choke on my puke and if thats the case would it be better to drink the benzo drink after puking and drinking the second cup

I noticed the activity thing too and it it's instantly given me severe anxiety about whether I can trust it

Thank you. It is a huge comfort to know that M is safe and where they should be. That means (to me at least) that that those of us who are looking forward to relieving ourselves of the pain of this life when we move to the next one are on the right track.
