I'd eat vegan/healthier if not depressed
It's the same for me but with coffee. Having something warm wakes my appetite.

I've been looking at some vegan recipes online (mostly indian) but their hard to cook except for salads. Tofu is a godsend tho. Good to stir fry with soysauce.

I eat once a day or not at all, but i don't lose weight.

How? Is you metabolism slow? Man I'd pay for that. My weight's going lower that I'm getting leg pain.

I like to eat a few soft boiled eggs. In my opinion, they are far better than hard boiled eggs. Just put some eggs in some boiling water and wait 6 minutes. Its easy to make and isn't very time consuming as well. It goes well with salt and some red pepper. I usually eat them with tomatoes on the side when i have them on hand.

To avoid having very high cholesterol levels, i also opt for some pasta. I use store bought pasta and put it in a pot with boiling water. I wait until it cooks to al dente and I add the sauce. It can be any sauce from the store. Although, sometimes make my own sauce. Its a pesto sauce. Mortar and pestle, Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, pine nuts and some olive oil. You can also dump all the things in a blender if you don't have the mortar and pestle. Before adding the sauce, take some pasta water and make the sauce thinner if its too thick. Then i add chicken for protein. Thats all.

I like simple easy to prepare dishes.

Soldiers - Thin strips of toast dipped into a soft boiled egg.

Beans on Toast - Heinz Baked Beans on Toast.

Baked potato - with margarine and baked beans. (Rice cooker is great for this just set it and it's done).

Rice and baked beans.

Cheese and Ham Toastie.

Ham sandwich.

Pistachio nuts and orange juice.

Smoothies are good because you can kind of just sip them slowly. I'll also sometimes do peanut butter toast, or crackers and ginger ale when nausea is bad. Sometimes canned soup is good too.

I would prefer to be skinny. Not sure why i dont lose weight, maybe circulatory or bowel problems.

Usually bread or pasta or potatoes. I also like to just make some peas or cook some eggs.
