do you mean the exit bag method? where you fill a bag with a gas your body wont detect so you peacefully ctb. Or maybe the tourniquet method? where you cut off blood flow to your brain to pass out and also suffocate in a plastic bag

In the second video, helium in party tanks are no longer pure. So, I used the second video mainly for help on constructing the exit bag.

21, sorry if it sounded immature, didn't know what else to type in that box.Can I do everything the guy did in the video only difference is I use a nitrogen tank?
