What’s more damaging?

Is it better to leave a note or not to? If you leave a note, would you hold back and just tell your family you love them or open the floodgates? Would you name specific people/events or keep it vague? Also, is it better to leave a body or just go "traveling to find yourself"? Just wondering people's opinions on this.

Depends on the kind of relationship you had with them. Used to draft suicide notes. Now I'm of the personal belief its a waste of time. If they don't understand me when I'm expressing myself face to face, no note is ever going to get through to them
