Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

im trying to CTB via partial hanging but i cant really get over my SI and go through it completely, so id like to know what it's like from people who did before actually attempting. if you could please reply with your detailed experiences or link a post where you talked about them that'd be really helpful
i'll be completely upfront, it made me feel like my head was going to pop. the pressure was so uncomfortable it made me stop, i'm sure if it's done correctly it's fine and that i must of messed up but i felt like a human zit
edit to add: i did a slipknot on a secure bar that's drilled into my wall, i may have tied or positioned it incorrectly
I had a similar experience to the person above, either blood filled head or just a vomiting and pain feeling in my neck and got no where close to passing out. Some people pass out quick it just depends if you can find your sweet spot

same thing happened to me. i couldn't focus on anything but the pain on my neck and kept gagging, because of that i didn't last more that a few seconds so i dont know if I'd pass out or not. im not sure if im doing something wrong since it's supposedly "painless"
When I tested it, the last time, I didnt feel the head popping anymore, I think I got the good spot, I mean my head did feel kinda filled up but not as bad. My ears were ringing and I was feeling kinda sleepy, maybe I wouldve passed out if I kept going
I have been trying to get partial to work for a while but I have been unable to get anything close to passing out. My experience has been about the same as everyone else's here. I have been blocking the jugulars and getting a tremendous headache on my best attempts without getting any euphoria or dizziness. I will keep persevering.
Recently I tried with a rolled up t-shirt around the front of my neck and it compressed the jugulars a little bit quicker and made things more comfortable. I think I will try it again on my next few attempts.

this is my method too, thankfully i'm lucky enough to have easily locatable carotid arteries so when I practiced it it didn't hurt much, just uncomfortable. if done right the lights start to go out so fast it's honestly scary

How long did it take you to get a good attempt? Just asking because I'm looking for inspiration to keep trying. Also, where did you place the rope and what position were you in?

Luckily for me I don't really get marks, I have tried without padding where the mark fades in a few minutes, less than an hour max or I use padding and get no marks. The worst I had was some small dotting due to blood vessels popping but it wasn't noticeable and I don't really go out anymore. I do use bruise gel/crème in case of anything which may help

Days tbh, the thing is that I threw the upper end of the rope and grabbed it across the anchor point and held it on my hand instead of tying it to it just to test it.
I placed the rope above my adams apple and my legs were stretched forward, look up Marcus Jannes here and you'll the see position

I have tried this a few times but the feeling of suffocating kept setting of my SI, until last week I got a position where it actually felt kind of peaceful even though my head felt like it was filling up like a water balloon but every time my eyes rolled back and I was about to go unconscious it kind of jolted me back awake. I had it so it was squeezing the carotid with my head tilting forward standing on my tippy toes but it was taking a lot longer than I thought it would take
But then sometime between 5-10 minutes Police broke into my shed and released me. They came because I stepped off the ladder while talking on the phone to the hospital mental health (who made it clear they don't care) and she heard me "gurgling" so called police. I really thought it would have been over quicker than it would take anyone to get to me. They said I was purple/blue, and after they loosened it I involuntarily took a huge gasp of air then I couldn't stop coughing because I still felt like I was choking. For the next few hours I felt like I was drowning or like there was fluid in my lungs. Left side of my neck is still quite painful a week later, I think because when I stepped down from the ladder it pulled with a bit of force but the marks on my neck only lasted a day
