I usually get panic attacks in crowded places, so I don't have the option to go to my room and not come out. Really, the only thing I can do is take my anxiety meds and avoid crowds. Since I usually shutdown instead of meltdown when I have a panic attack, no one notices.

i have panic attacks so much that i mostly just wait for it to be over.
kind of like the first time i used a pipe and accidentally got a butane high. i thought my brain was leaking out of my ears. i just quietly walked away and jumped in the shower until it was over. i didnt even tell the person i was with it was happening XDWhen I have a panic attack I'm not able to do anything because I'm so dizzySimilar threads
