Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

basically the title. what works best for you to improve your mood/ give you motivation/ just make you feel better.
drugs, medicine, people or anything else?
sex, drugs, alcohol, art, television and reading, basically in that order. not that id recommend a few as actual coping activities due to how destructive it gets but :/ yeah escapism is mostly what will help in the moment
long term: attempting socializing, therapy, finishing projects, exercise
- daily meditation
- regular exercise
- walks
- being good and giving
- expanding your comfort zone
- healthy meal & fruits
- stretching
- cuddling with partner
- journaling, emptying the mind on paper
- psychedelics for healing purposes
- reading inspiring self-help books
- following your passion and intuition
oh yknow what im gonna add the biggest one i forgot: being useful to someone i care about. acts of service are not just my love language but main purpose for existing at this point. if i can't help myself, helping others definitely distracts from the dumpster fire that is myself
- A ton of Vitamin D supplements
- Talking with friends
- Daily 45-60 min walk in the sun
- High interaction videogames (rhythm, ARPGs, etc.)
- Cooking
Basically, anything to keep me moving around physically.
