If my cat's in my room, I'll probably say "I love you" to him. If he's not there, I'll probably not say anything at all and just ponder about my pending freedom.

I had a near death experience in the past and all I could think was "oh well". Both as a resignation of defeat and sigh of relief. My life did not flash before my eyes. There was no time for that. Just a split second of reluctant acceptance.

i would have died anyway no matter what would have happened so what's the difference if i exit now painlessly or die later anyway of a natural painful death as in cancer or homelessness? No difference just a lot of extreme pain avoided.
