Bleeding out experiences

I'm really curious to know uhm what the general experience of bleeding out is.
I've personally only gotten to the stage of fading in and out of consciousness and haven't ever ended up fully unconscious. This was after creating one major cut that reached the sensitive flesh layer above the artery + 4? 5? Hours of continuous bleeding. Uhm if any members of the forum did manage to reach that stage, what was the experience like and also how deep did you manage to cut.
Uhm I kinda just wanted to share my experience and to know if letting myself passout would of actually ment anything.

I cut a vein and sliced half of another one on my other arm and was bleeding out for about a hour. I lost consciousness and was rushed to the hospital to be given blood .

If I wasn't found i would've died.

It's interesting that i managed to reach a similar state with a wound significantly smaller then his.

Here is an interesting idea. So I donate blood every three months at the blood donation bank. Blood donation is free and can easily be done anywhere. Now imagine you went and donated blood. That's 500ML of blood gone. Now you come back home and cut yourself. You now need to lose a lot less blood than before making things easier...Losing around 2 liters is fatal. And I'd assume you'd lose consciousness before that stage.

It was both ulnar veins on both arms .
