I wasn't even feeling sad that day I just knew I had to end it
I tried to cut my wrists but obviously it didn't work
Had to spend a few days at the psych ward but I lied my way out quickly
I promised myself not to fail the next one

Helium tank, tape, bag, tube, clamp to keep the tank on. Thought I planned it out ok enough for it to work but after a while of not working I stopped. Have now come to the realisation it probably wasnt pure helium but a mix

bag around my head and thought i could just fall asleep and asphyxiate. it wasn't a very well thought out attempt and i couldn't go through w it.

I felt kind of in a daze, not sure if dizziness or si, it's hard to explain when I look back on it. I was so angry when I pulled the bag off that it hadn't worked
