people who have survived SN, can you share your experience?

I'm trying to discourage myself from getting scared and calling for help. The main thing thats scaring me is throwing up because I have horrible emetophobia. Those of you who have attempted with SN and survived, did you throw up? (or any documented cases of someone ctb using sn) And if you did, did you fast and take an anti emetic? If you did throw up was it distressing and were you aware? Also was it alot? Did the SN make you drowsy enough as to where you can't really remember throwing up or were you aware and afraid during it? How long did it take you to start feeling drowsy? While you were getting drowsy were you scared or calm? Did you feel like you were suffocating

Sorry to say, but you will most probably throw up regardless of AE. That is how the body reacts to poison and unfortunately, there's not much we can do about it. I did mix with other stuff my second attempt, but that was VERY messy so don't recommend. Did work the best though.
I understand that ctb can be scary, but I like to think that a short while of pain in exchange for eternal silence is not a bad deal.

My attempt was impulsive and I didn't follow any protocol. My SN was also oxidized and wasn't as potent which may have led to the failure of my attempt. I also was scared to drink the whole thing so I only took like 5 sips.

I was fasted for 8hrs+ when I ingested SN. The taste isn't as bad as I thought it would be. It's salty and has a bit of a metallic taste to it.

The natural response of the body is to vomit out the poison so I think there's no workaround for that aside from taking Meto's.

I don't really remember much, I maybe gagged 10mins after ingestion, but didn't vomit anything out. Every time I gagged I would taste the SN so I just kept spitting on my sink. Every time I stood up my heart rate would rise to 150-160bpm (I have a smart watch that I used to track). I felt dizzy and all I wanted to do was lie down. It was scary but I just kept convincing myself that I was okay and it was alright. (Probably best to take benzos or other anti-anxiety meds if you get scared easily) My head also kept pounding and hurt a lot which I didn't like so I just kept my eyes closed majority of the time. I didn't pass out maybe cause I didn't take enough. I didn't feel like I was suffocating, I just felt cold and wanted to sleep everything off.

My brother noticed that my lips were turning blue. I eventually told him I ingested something, maybe due to SI then he brought me to the hospital. No methylene blue was given. I stayed in the ICU for 1 day for monitoring, then stayed another 2 weeks in the hospital under psych watch. I believe I have no bad side effects from that attempt as I still feel fine and normal.

If you truly want to go, turn off your phone, lock your doors, and follow protocol.

If I plan to CTB again, SN is still going to be my method
