Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I've been feeling really stressed out lately, and it came to my attention that most of my suicidal thoughts happen during these moments. It's not like I don't feel them daily, but I've gotten used to them. On the other hand, with most of the things that have been going on in my life, it seems like all I can think about is how sad, emotional, and unproductive I can be. I wish I could just deal with stress like a normal human being.
I've been taking Lexapro and trazodone for anxiety and depression for over four months now, and although I don't have as many bad thoughts as I used to before I started taking the medication, it still feels like I can't deal with stress, especially things related to money, university, my current research project, and so on. I also feel like I don't take care of myself as well as I could during these periods. I can go days without eating, living only on coffee, tobacco, meds, and weed, wearing old and dirty clothes because I don't have the energy to do my laundry. My bedroom is a mess. I hate seeing and having to deal with other people. I hate leaving my house and trying to be a normal person every day.
So, if you have any tips on how to deal with all this stress while trying to keep my routine and take care of myself, I would appreciate it. Pinto reboladeiro
