I wanted to go downtown and buy fresh soil to plant my tulip bulbs. As I was getting dressed my chronic pain flared up, and I never made it out through the door.

So, I guess my answer is: getting dressed.

Didn't drink myself to sleep yesterday and slept okay... a few minor twitches and waking up in panic mode, but it was bearable, considering that I've drunk myself to sleep for the last month straight.

Pretty weird, because after my last period of drinking it took months to fully get back to normal, and back then I had tapered.
