As generic as it sounds "I wish he had gotten help" I did my part and chronical physical and mental problems can´t be fixed so talking to a shrink to get "help" won´t magically heal my physical illnesses or some of my mental ones.

And of course people who used to be my friends or knew me will milk the shit out of it for attention.
