What religion do you guys follow?

I've had an on and off relationship with Christianity. Sometimes I feel like there is a god that loves me and died for my sins, and sometimes I get bit by a mosquito and wonder in what universe would a loving god make a mosquito

Grew up a muslim, became an atheist gradually after a series of bad events that pushed me to questioning everything. Now the whole topic is irrelevant to me it even feels pretentious to call myself an agnostic, but I do if I'm being insisted on giving an answer.

Coming from an Ex Catholic now turned atheist, I'm very open minded to know more abt your beliefs esp when it's related to CBT

If not, what do you guys think comes after death? I'm curious to know

i currently fight to be Christian and its whats been keeping me afloat but honestly, i just dont know if its worth maintaining the ideology when i lack the ability to be a good individual.
