probably the night-night or this other one i saw that uses a tourniquet, and if both fails i might try to OD as a last resort, before i even found this forum i was at first thinking about doing the exit bag method since it was what it popped up first when i looked up cheap and painless methods on google, but then i did more research and realized that not only it was somewhat expensive, but is also kinda complex to set up and there would be some risk of me getting caught into trying to ctb.

Stressors? And how do I make the "stressors" larger? Idk how to do this!!!

stressors, like what is applying stress to the carotids/pressing on them. it can be switching to a larger knot, fabric, or anything bigger than what you've used before.

that (exploding head feeling) is from hitting a jugular. try moving the stressor further away from your jugulars. the coughing may be from the string hitting ur windpipe- in that case, make the stressors larger and more focused to a certain point (like a knot).

correction from what ive written before- coughing is unavoidable as far as im aware. when you're using partial as a method, the area the string hits will also move the tongue (pushing it far back, making you cough). exploding head feeling CAN be avoided through making the two sections meant to hit carotids larger, though

Finding the carotid arteries are so fucking hard!!! like I FEEL THE PULSE but when I press NOTHING HAPPENS just me either feeling HEAVY IN THE HEAD(head exploding feeling of sorts). OR I COUGH!!!

try squatting down, breathing heavily for a minute then stand up and press on where you feel the pulse. that should make you collapse or passout.

also putting a peice of fabric between the rope and you is also helpful

Definitely SN for me. I recently found a cliff located near me people have used to ctb in the past and succeeded, but my SI is too strong for that method.

failure isn't typically ugly, relatively peaceful/don't have to fight SI, and i like the idea of having time to contemplate my final moments after consumption. if i needed a quick end, probably firearm or hanging.

It probably won't work because I live with family and at some point I might be saved. Wish I lived alone...

My idea is too get very low on potassium and then hyperventilate and hold my breath often to go into cardiac arrest from lack of oxygen. This of course, probably won't work.

If I'm still in the mood, plan B is drowning + asphyxiant, which is extremely scary so I would rather not do it but there's nothing else. Every method is really bad if you think about it. Life sucks.

Initially i wanted to buy H on the street or the DN but its usually not very pure (if you're unlucky you only get 200mg of H in the 1g that you buy). Then i wanted to buy Isotonitazene but its difficult to get in the EU.

Now i think i've found a reliable way. I'm planing to buy fentanyl patches to ctb with.

There is no resource for it because starvation is considered a non-method. This is just something I'm going to try starting tomowrrow.

Can't be sure. Carbon Monoxide poisoning seems relatively "peaceful." Another option that I'm much more iffy about would be decapitation via train—line my neck with the track, blast music through my earbuds to distract myself, and tie a black garbage bag over my head to lessen the likelihood of someone photographing my face afterwards.
