heheh i am a rainworld player too, even though i am very bad at this game, opening it and just wandering around in there, the beautiful graphics and music make me feel at peace. What is something that calms you ? :)

I sometimes put on these multiple-hour nature walks or walks through the city. I'm not really a big traveller so it's a nice way to see new places without having to go anywhere.

I live in a city, and honestly walking through it can be so calming. Especially if it's a nice day. The noise is loud but to a point it almost is ambient in its own way.

One of the many benefits of not living with my parents anymore is that my screensaver is a slideshow of porn.

I get calmed by videos of rats or overly detailed docu-youtube videos on obscure topics. But I also like games like Rainworld, along with Hollow Knight which I've been slowly working on getting Max-Achievements for. Rainworld is definitely gorgeous btw graphically, so I Hollow Knight and despite the difficulty of both games, I find the experience playing them therapeutic.

to OP well i love nature, i like walks in parks and stuff, esepcially on windy days to feel the breeze. Humans are actually hardwired to be calm in nature as nature is our actual natural enivroment. enjoy the trees, plants flowers, ponds and birds and animals.

When I wad small we lived next door to an old nature trail, one of my favorite experiences from when I was kid was me and my dad going down it after a snowstorm a day prior. It was serene and an incomparable calm.

There's a YouTube, channel Kubz Scouts, his humour gets me through the day smiling and chuckling. and I rarely genuinely do that.
I like playing a gacha game, it's called Genshin impact. bit grind and I do get burned out sometimes but I just take a break and everything is fine <3
my boyfriend also contributes a lot, even through long distance just a call can make me feel the warm blanket of his hug.
Last but not least, can't forget the good food.

Genshin is so fun but I get burned out with it too quickly sometimes! I haven't played much since Inazuma dropped but I recently picked it up again because I think Kaveh is neat and their acknowledging Dainslief again

heheh thanks for recommending the rat vids, i have now discovered that rats are the most adorable things ever.rjiejdoiurdirj their little nose and ears i cant !!! i would adopt one if i didn't already have a cat :) On the topic of hollow night, i never played the game but i listen to the ost 24/7 and i will eventually buy it even though im really bad with precise platformers (playing celeste was the most awful thing ever lol)

Rats are cute little guys, I like them lots. Oh luckily Hollow Knight isn't as platform heavy as people tend to think. It's decently simple except ONE part towards a certain ending that goes zero to a hundred. Also I have never played Celeste yet really want too.
