a possible solution is to use the wayback machine website, if it works you can still read the forum but itll be super slow and i dont think you can write, if it doesn't then uh idk

What police? Countries may choose to block this site, but that is easily solved with a VPN or Tor Browser.

They can't... Because of international laws that basically state that websites are not held responsible for the content users post or upload. That's why Google isn't shut down even though you can basically look up how to make a bomb or other morbid things if you look hard enough...
