Music is my go-to. Writing is my back up. Sometimes I start out doing one and then end up doing both after I've calmed down a bit.

anything that distracts me from the fact that i exist really. youtube or music are my first picks, though.

I'm impressed that you can both listen to music. I really can't listen anymore.

Hanging out with my cat helps me relax. I always feel so peaceful when he's sitting on my lap. Also, occasional cannabis use can be relaxing.

I used to have a huge list of things I liked to do and what made me more relaxed. Nowadays almost nothing does. I want clean water, I want that clean shower and to drink clean tap water. And nice clean new clothes.

I wanna spend half an hour twice a day in shower. And drink 3 litres of cold tasty tap water and then boil tea.

I don't enjoy human contact in most cases, so today I dreamed that all my neighbors were cats and I suddenly wanted to meet them. I felt much calmer and safer in a way.

Animals don't rape or murder or bully or blackmail or harass or stalk. Some animals do hate you for no reason, but they show it by just barking or hissing or walking away while a human could bully you till you cried and then laugh at it and even get their friends to join in the bullying. An aggressive cat or dog will never go and encourage other dogs and cats to be mean to you. And animals very rarely enjoy being mean or aggressive. They only do it because they are scared or feel threatened.

If my neighbors turned into dogs tomorrow, I'd spent the whole day outside petting them and having fun with them.
