Apologies to my former self

I've had sudden major hearing loss in may this year (previously having really good hearing). Doctors were too slow to act. Was given steroids that completely altered how i thought, they also gave me extreme insomnia that was 24/7 (i still have it). During the end of the prescription phase, its effects were at its worst and made me buy 2 bottles of 40% spirit and drink them as quick as possible.** Fell into a coma and was there for 9-10 hours. Then took to ICU and a hospital stay to recuperate. It washed away the best part of me. My creative sides in 2D and 3D art (working for big companies) and music instrumentalist (where i was doing my own shows).
** this is something i never expected to happen ever in life and was totally from the effects of the steroids and insomnia. Wish i was chained to a wall during that time.
Now I'm left with very little hearing and loud buzzing in my ears that is relentless and tinnitus 24/7. The tinnitus is kinda bearable, but the buzzing (veins) is way too loud. I can't watch movies as its depressing as everything sounds so different...especially actors i know well, etc.
Having been in a coma i lost my muscle mass and had to learn how to walk and use my hands again, etc. My brain feels like its hanging on by threads. I feel nervous and weak. I get little spasms in different parts of my body...esp hands/feet. My eyesight is much less than it used to be. No boner.
But I'm trying to make a push towards better health again, even with the hearing loss and lost creative parts of me. Hopefully can regain some of my creative fine motor skills. I'm taking supplements and trying some physio when i feel like it. Its so hard as i still don't sleep like i used to (6-8hrs a night). Now it's only minutes here and there or maybe an hour in a few days (in a given 24hr period). Sleeping pills don't work for me. They only relax my muscles. So zero help from doctors. I feel like its a complete uphill battle, where the hill is vertical.
Anyone get through anything similar with extreme alcohol OD?
