To this day there has been no proof of afterlife. No hell or reincarnation. NDEs and people "recalling" past lives are not proof of afterlife, just saying.

Imo there's no afterlife and death cannot be sth bad bc everything even the universe will die one day. It's a natural process.

There is no specific proof of the afterlife, but there's also no proof that one doesn't exist. You just kind of have to gauge that for yourself and decide what's worse the risk! Eternal nonexistence doesn't feel like anything so it's not something to be afraid of per say...however, we don't know either that it's eternal nonexistence. If it's helpful, nearly all near death experiences involving the afterlife are extremely positive.

I personally just wish and hope for non-existence, all I want is to be unconscious for all eternity where this cruel, painful and torturous existence is permanently forgotten about with me unable to suffer. I'd never ever want to experience anything no matter what, personally I find comfort in death as I believe it to be true peace, I believe death to be the eternal absence of all harm and suffering and to never suffer again is all I wish for.
