You clearly know very little about NDEs. In many cases the brain is completely dead, or that the part of the brain that allows for any conscious experience is dead and there's no possibility of any hallucinations, and so the whole "chemicals in the brain firing off" theory goes down the drain right there. Check out what this brain surgeon says at 4:10

The point is that they were fully dead and shouldn't be able to experience consciousness. Its only due to modern medical technology that they were able to be revived. Whether they were dead for 3 minutes or 30 years what difference does it make? Lets suppose we freeze dead people's corpses today, and then 30 years later scientists figure out a way bring them all back to life who then all describe the same experiences we hear from NDEs today. Would it make any sense to then say they were not fully dead for the last 30 years and that somehow their frozen corpses were just producing some imaginary fantasy afterlife world all this time?

How little you know... NDEs is a big topic and its researched and supported by lots of highly educated people. You might want to expand your mind and look into it a bit more. Here is a video to get you started:

No I don't need to "expand my mind".
The people that push this kind of stuff need to stop being so stupid.
That's what needs to happen.

I have had out of body experiences.
In fact although I can't do it as freely as I used to be able to, it happens quite regularly.

But I couldn't stop laughing when I read about "Summerland".
What utter shite.

about NDEs
They are near death experiences by definition. Not death experiences. If someone really dies then they can't be revived, and if they are revived it means they aren't completely dead.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, and I don't know one way or the other if there is something after death, but I'm skeptical about these NDE reports.

Do you completely trust eben alexander? I mean, he's written bestselling books about 'proof of heaven' and goes round giving talks and speeches (probably very well paid) on the afterlife and stuff. Made a lot of money out of it all.

Yeah there are some criticisms about his book and his version of events, the main doubt is whether or not his brain was really as dead as he says when he had the NDE experience. He reaffirms that his NDE wasnt a hallucination, but nobody can really know 100%. This guy may have a financial incentive but there are plenty of similar stories out there by random ass people, just look at the comment sections of NDE videos. Are they all making things up? I dont believe so.

You also gotta look into how some people come back from NDEs and are able to bring back really specific information from the real world that they could not have known, like witnessing private conversations between doctors and/or family members in another room down the hall while they were out of body and then coming back and telling people what they said. Or meeting dead family members on the other side that nobody even knew they died until later.

The whole "just chemicals firing off in the brain" argument is convenient but the more you dig into it the more convincing it is that consciousness goes on without the brain. People will believe what they want and Im not trying to convince the hardcore skeptics, I just made this post to hopefully give solace to those who want to CTB but scared of some kind of hell afterwards by providing some evidence that even if there's an afterlife its probably a good one, even for suicides.

why everybody is so mean here? i mean..no one knows what's gonna happen after death, yeah nothingness is the most rational probability, but it's still a probability, no one can confirm this.

just respect other people's probability as long as it's not hurting anyone.

OBEs and NDEs are related to stress and chemical surges in the brain respectively.
Only you don't have chemical surges in the brain or stress when there is no brain activity and no heartbeat. And this is what the person is like when they have a true NDE. The person is completely dead.

A woman was in this condition for six hours, then brought back to life. She was frozen so there was no deterioration, but all brain activity and heart activity were stopped.

Six hours? Sounds interesting but a bit unbelievable . You got a link to this?

I can barely speak english so be prepared xd .
I know this can sound funny but nvm. I remember this event with a horror. There are some kind of machines (like oval disks) huge ones and those things eat worlds and galaxies for the energy. Before i came to this plane of existence i wanted to forget all the horror and pain of that event (my planet {i think it was a planet..} was swallowed by one of those fks) . And then there was a blinding ( i dont know how to tell this using words)light and fractals and i ended up in a vagina.
but then i forgot everything, not just the event but everything i was. Still somehow I can recall bits and pieces before the end of that plane of existence. everything is a fking game. Don't go to the light or void ( they will be pulling you slowly but everything is in your power so don't shit yourself:D ), step back and remember who You are after death PLEAESE or you will end up like me in a planet or somewhere else where they can suck your energy and all of your memories are wiped. And don't speak with anyone after death, just try to create a plane or a place where you could remember what you are capable of.

I have researched the afterlife for many years and want to share my thoughts on this. I write this post from what I have found in my research which comprises of what people say in Near Death Experiences, Out of Body experiences, and also my own thoughts and ideas as a result of my own experiences.

I see so many people want to CTB badly but hesitant because of belief of going to hell that's usually the result of religion, its a shame to be chained to the physical world cause of this shit.

What Is An OBE?

This is where I want to mention out of body experiences (OBEs), basically it's where you separate your consciousness from the physical body and you can visit other realms. About 1 in 3 people experience it at least once in their lifetimes in various forms and duration, usually only for a few seconds and typically mistaken for a lucid dream and forgotten afterwards.

Have you ever been in the process of going sleeping on the bed and suddenly feel yourself falling and end up catching the side of your bed? That is one form of OBE, your consciousness has already partially shifted out of the physically body but just hadn't fully left it yet. Many people have sleep paralysis which can be turned into a launching point for an OBE, just don't move and try to wake yourself up which is what a lot of people do (cause they're scared), from there you can easily separate from the physical body.

What Can You Do With OBEs?

A very very very small amount of people are able to do it almost every night and can stay out for many hours or even days, traveling to beautiful realms and have interactions with different types of non-physical beings. I have done OBEs myself many times and I know they're very realistic experiences. Without getting into a debate of whether they're "real" or not lets leave it at you can believe what you want.

What Does OBEs Tell Us About The Afterlife & Suicides?

Some people who are very experienced at OBEs are almost able to do it at will and can get out whenever they want and travel to different realms including the afterlife realms, and can also meet people who have just passed over and see what happens to them after and where they go. Of course then they will know what actually happens to suicides and where they go as well, and the answer is that they go where everyone else goes, usually to some kind of belief system territory.

For example if your a Christian you will go to a "heaven" and meet Jesus, if you are Buddhist you will go to Buddhist heaven and meet Buddha, if you are muslim you will go to muslim heaven, and so on. Suicides who don't believe in any religion typically end up in "Summerland" which is basically just another type of heaven just without the messiah stuff, in this place you can manifest anything you want and live the life you always wanted to live. For people who are damaged this is also where you can receive healing and rest.

Summerland is like the Astral Plane which is where people who have OBEs typically go. It can resemble the physical earth with landscapes, buildings, people, nature, animals, etc. But if you hate the physical world then don't worry, because in the Astral Plane you can manifest anything you want. Just think it and it will appear, just like a dream world (in my opinion dreams are a form of OBE, its just that typically your not lucid and thus cannot control the manifestation process).

What About Reincarnation?

As far as reincarnation goes it is an option that exists but is not forced upon anyone. If you don't want to come back you can stay in Summerland for the rest of eternity and have lots of fun. Or if you rather not exist at all you can go to sleep forever and nobody will stop you from doing that either, but maybe in a few million years you might wake up a little bit to decide if you want to get up and have some fun, if not then go back to sleep for another few million years, and so on.

I want to bring up a few YouTube channels that some people here may find interesting. The first one is Akvile Sava who is a very experienced OBE traveler. She gets out of body almost every night and have seen what happens to people after suicide. Here is a few videos of her you can start with:

Another good one is "Rich2150x" who is also an experience OBE traveler and talks a lot about the afterlife, why we're on physical earth, where suicides go, and all that stuff. However he is a bit of a conspiracy nut and only goes out of body once in a while and cannot do it at will like Akvile Sava can.

Then what is the point of life? why do we come to earth at all? Why not all just stay in summerland from the start?
