Hm, interesting. Now I can see it on my previous post, but I still can't see any edit option on my profile posts. Just the 'report' and 'delete' buttons. I posted two comments on my profile 3 and 4.5 hours ago respectively, and can't edit them.

I post on my or other people's profile almost every day. My English sucks so I used to edit a lot. :)
