• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

After you lose everything, what keeps you going?
I think about who I used to be and what I could do and what I used to have.
Now I have lost everything. I don't know who I am anymore. I hate myself and my life.
What do you guys do?

If one doesn't find a way to ctb then they basically have no choice but to stay here and suffer, it's the unfortunate reality and I get that it's horrible feeling trapped in an existence that you hate, existing truly is so nightmarish as rock bottom doesn't exist, there's no limit as to how much one can suffer.

I find too much comfort in my mental illness right now, that's all I really can do. I don't remember what I did to pick myself back up, I hardly remember anything good right now.

Depends on the loss in question. A huge loss can shatter your sense of self and that can be very difficult to recover from. If you can't accept the loss then it's clear why suicide is appealing. But I suppose you could work on regaining what was taken from you bit by bit. Along the way you might discover that you can accept the new shape that your life has taken.
