Discussion What do you wish to see or feel before you lose consciousness

I wish before I lost consciousness I was at a quiet place, with slightly cold air around me while someone wrapped me in a tight warm hug and whispered comforting words into my ear in a gentle voice.

It's something I never experienced, being comforted that is, it was always yelling, laughing or questions.
The closest thing I got to being comforted is by a stranger who just told me the typical it gets better phrase, I appreciate their concern tho.

I would like to have one of those NDE like experiences, but then just go to the nicer place. I really hope there is some kind of heaven I can go to. I'm scared of nothingness, weirdly enough. It's something I don't know and the unknown has always scared the shoes off of me.

Well, you could say I know it - because it was the same as before I was born. But this is the other end, you know. It feels different.

Just nothing. Just turn it all off. Just shut it all down.

I don't want to see anything, I just want to permanently lose consciousness and never suffer in this dreadful, torturous existence I just always saw as the most terrible mistake ever again, to suffer in this existence truly is always an abomination to me and I'll just always prefer to not exist, all I want is the peace of non-existence.

I'll just always find it so deeply undesirable to exist in every way, for me non-existence is just all that's positive, for me being conscious is torture and I'd only be glad to be permanently at peace from this existence of torturous suffering that never should had been imposed at all.
