I wake up around 11am, sometimes bit later, rarely before that.
And then boring stuff happens. Most days I smoke a pack on my computer until I sleep. Sometimes I eat
That's about it

at anywhere from 10am to 3pm i go upstairs, get a monster zero and take my meds, then spend my time on the computer until im too tired and then just lay in bed and watch yt shorts til im ready to get on my pc again. and the cycle continues throughout the day til its anywhere from 1 to 6am and i get to do it all again the next day
I start drinking alcohol and get on the computer... eventually I'll pass out and repeat the process... except I'll actually go to sleep for a long extended period of time. Sometimes I'll go on walks. I want to buy an electric guitar I just can't get the money together at the moment...

Depends on if I work that day and also if my Family needs help with dogs or yardwork etc. But most of the time I play video games and then go on the computer or vise versa.

Existing is just a process of slowly dying, I just do whatever I feel the need to do in order to pass the time until I eventually fall asleep, and this cycle will repeat until I inevitably cease existing. I'm wishing to be gone pretty much every waking moment, existing certainly is so dreadful and futile.

Listen to music and drive. I'm almost always in my car. It helps me forget anything that has been bothering me and I can recuperate my thoughts after any inconvenience.

wake up, take meds, kill time watching tv or reading or going on twitter. sometimes write or draw but not much because it makes me mad. struggle to fall asleep then repeat

Wake up. Play video games. Read manga. Mindlessly browse online. The inescapable mind numbing boredom and banality of life is one thing that will finally push me to CTB. There's no point to anything.

Now that I'm single, I wake up, lay there for a bit, drive to work, work, go back into my car, find a spot and fall asleep as I'm living out of my car at the moment.
Non work days, I literally just sit there, and wonder if I could have done anything different, or if I could get her back at any point.

I usually sleep during daylight because i like the night better, i get up, take a shower, eat something, watch something, daydream about how my life could be, sometimes i go for a walk... it's tedious.

wake up, take meds, eat breakfast, take more meds, eat a snack, more meds, dinner, more meds. in between that, i take naps, exercise, draw, and write. a lot of the time i end up dissociating and staring at the walls for a long time too. as upsetting as dissociating is, it at least makes time go by faster.

I'm living in my car too. I ended up having to take all the back seats out, and make a plywood base for a small camping mattress.
It's still rough though doing this.
How are you coping with it ?
I do absolutely nothing nowadays, except exist.
I stopped living a long time ago.
Absolutely nothing interests me anymore.

I can't remove the back seats at the moment as I got this car a few years back when things were a bit better, however, I'm in the midst of lemon lawing it due too various issues with it. Once that completes, I'm planing on getting something like a 08 Blazer to do that with.
It has it positives, i was doing okay with it because I had someone that was there for me, and now, that I don't, it's tough. I've taken sleep aids to sleep my off days away since the break up.
Thanks for replying. I used to browse progarchives for new releases but alas i couldn't get into progmetal (for which i intitally went to that site). Discovered many new 2020-21 progrock bands though. :)
