What do you even put on a suicide note?

I think I want to start writing a note just cause it feels safe and cathartic but I'm not sure how even to start or what to mention, any ideas or insights?

I think you should just pour your heart out, tell them why you did it so they can understand you and tell them ways they helped you. For example I would write that my friends gave me a bit more time to live by making me feel normal for once. But it's really up to you. Good luck❤
