• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Cant seem to sleep no matter what I do. Probably have gotten collectively like 7-8 hours of sleep over the past 2-3 days. Not even sure why Im like this or if this is my fault, but that doesnt really matter.
Trying to stay "normal" is getting so tiring atp. Really really dont want to relapse, but I know that at one point I just wont think enough and decide that its a good idea and do it.
Hopefully nothing goes catastrophically bad in the next few days because it would seal my fate and start up a whole new downspiral.
This living thing really seems hopeless.

I feel for you. Sleep deprivation sucks, so do the endless responsibilities. It's probably not a surprise that you should take a break and rest to recover from burnout, but thats probably not possible.

If you want to talk about it more, I'm happy to listen. I'm here for you no matter what.

whenever i used to be unable to sleep much for days before the curse got me, i kind of had to force reset my brain into sleep by taking a regular dose of nyquil. if you live in the usa, that might be a good option, but ik nyquil is a prescription med in most countries.

If this has happened before, i would mabye try to go to a doctor and ask about bipolar disorder. im not personally bipolar, but many people i know are and that is something they have all experienced.
