OCD, people tend to dismiss it as a "cleanliness disorder" when it's actually a debilitating anxiety disorder caused by misfirings in the brain
I second this so hard.

Personally, I describe OCD as there being a cockroach in my brain that loves to gaslight me (it helps to assign the intrusive thoughts to a seperate entity) and that I have to do seemingly irrational things to try and prove the roach wrong.

For me, the other big ones are borderline personality disorder and gender dysphoria.
Religious Trauma Syndrome. I've suffered from it my whole life, I just wish more people understood how fucked up indoctrination can actually be.
Tbh, I only have the understanding that I have of religious trauma because my mother grew up in a cult.

Spiritual oppression by entities, I wish spirituality could be taken more seriously and our society was spiritually advanced enough to see entities that plague people. There are so many people suffering from these things and we are practically defenseless.

AVPD - Avoidant Personality Disorder. I'm diagnosed with it, and considered disabled due to it. It's pretty much a severe form of social anxiety. At least that's how it was described to me.

The benzos help a bit, but yay for being dependent on drugs.

Autism, I hear people tell me they are autistic, but they never give me even the smallest clue what that condition(s) is actually like.
To some people it's fine but for me it's hell. It's literal hell. I act like a child without knowing only later I realize it. It's hard to hold down a job and it's nearly impossible to make friends. If you have autism I don't even wanna be mean here, pray to God you have a good supportive system or you have the resources otherwise it's just better to die than to live like a dog
