What should I have that is vegan (or maybe.... vegetarian... maybe - I can just veganise it) and fattening? Just jot down anything anyway, maybe something will inspire me to order food and eat! I had a bowl of cereal I kept down this morning, oh, and a Chocolate bar! But I'm hungry TT someone help
If you're looking for vegetarian/vegan options, I'd suggest things with beans or legumes, like peanut butter or black bean burgers. I'm not a vegetarian or anything, but black bean burgers are actually good in my opinion.
If you want something sweet, think about making sticky rice or rice pudding! It's great. Rice was terrific for my ex, who had an ED. I know not all EDs are the same, but maybe it's worth a shot?
Hope things get better sooner than later! I know it'll happen eventually, just not when. I believe in it.
