I have a thing going on where if I have stuff to do during the day that isn't too important, but important enough to be semi stressful, I will intentionally wake up on time, get ready, sometimes even go out as if I was going to be responsible, but then use all that as exercise and good practice, get food, come back and fall asleep. I don't see it as being a detrimental thing it's reclaiming control over time and place and my life generally.
