Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Not pulling the trigger when I was 8 years old. It would've saved me from so much pain and trauma.

What are some things you regret? The things you replay in your head, the conversations you wish had gone differently, the moments where you wish you had shown up better, the choices you still wonder about.

I have a bad habit of avoiding things and self isolating until I'm forced to confront my reality. In my anger ignoring the trauma in my life, I've isolated myself, pulled away from people, and let friendships fade even with people I genuinely have so much love for. Bipolar disorder has made me disappear from people I care about in ways I never intended, and it's hard knowing there are people who mattered so much to me that I wasn't always able to show up for.

What's something you regret but rarely talk about? Is there someone you wish you had reached out to? Is there something you wish you handled differently? Is there a version of yourself you wish you could go back and understand better?

I think it's interesting hearing what people carry with them.
I regret the way I acted when I was triggered. Regre letting people in and trusting them. Regret my whole childhood even tho it was out of my control. Regret being perceived cause I deteriorate everyday. I wish I could be someone different. Different face, body, personality, memory.
A lot of things actually, but mainly that I fucked up all my friendships and relationships. I just have this terrible habit of self sabotage and I only realise it, when it's already too late. I lost a girl, I really loved and with whom I could've built a future because of that. I wish I had sooner realised what I was doing and stopped, but I didn't

I feel this, I also ruminate about certain things forever and it's torture. Ive also been a bad friend and bad partner ig. I've realised my patterns of self sabotage and got better, but now there's just no one left to be better for
And gotta keep living with the thoughts that they will never know the better of you.
