1. I have a laundry list of mental disorders (autism, depression, anxiety, PTSD, BPD, and possibly PMDD and OCD)
2. Trauma from being abused physically, verbally, and sexually my entire life
3. Chronic loneliness and isolation
4. Existential crisis, generally feeling like I have no purpose or point in life, feeling like society is getting worse and will never get better, etc
5. Addiction problems (social media, caffeine, junk food)
6. I have no form of escapism, I used to be able to numb out my problems through escapism or by doing something creative, but anhedonia and insecurities make those impossible for me to enjoy
