One method was were ur stuck in a box with only your head out. It then comes xovered in milk and honey then eventually flies will devour you.
Another one was were you sit at the top of a triangular prism and they put more and more weights on you till you slice down from your bottoms. Another one was were they attach horses to each limp and the horses sprint away.
Hard to do as a suicide though.

My personal favorite was the ceramic bowl with rats in it placed onto someone stomach and heated forcing the rats to burrow into the soft flesh below.

In that ecact video there was one where they would hang someone upside and start sawing at the persons anal crack and since they were upside down the blood flowed to the head, therefore causing a lot of pain and a long time to die...

The most painful one I have heard of are certain poisons like Paracetamol where you die days later because of liver failure. Not fun.

I saw on liveleak this guy that works at a crematorium calmly climb into the furnace, another jumped into a burning car. I don't know how long that would take but that's brutal. That, drowning or slitting ones throat are about the worst I can think of.
