for one id like to eat a lot of foods that i havent eaten in years, for one last time

For two id want to listen to music with someone and reflect on old times and how differently things couldve gone

For three i guess id like to do something outrageous or wild. I dont always feel like i want that part, i dont right now in fact, but i usually do
What kind of music?

Any idea on what outrageous or wild thing you would do?

What kind of music?

Any idea on what outrageous or wild thing you would do?

the kind of music would be all my old favorites, like slowdive, neutral milk hotel, electric light orchestra, my bloody valentine etc. also stuff that remind me of my childhood like joan jett and david bowie

As for wild things, just going out and doing anything i feel like even if it's simple like hitting trees or crashing something. I used to want to crash my car as a form of suicide, which would be "wild", but i dont want that anymore because of the chance of just coming out deformed.

1. Wake up and take my time enjoying my usual weekend routine. Nice hot coffee. Breakfast. Hit the gym to relax and ease the anxiety I know I'll probably experience.

2. Spend a few hours alone at a place that's very special in my heart.

3. Arrive at the location I'll be leaving from. Sit for a short while and finish making peace with the end. Finally finish my story.

1. Eat my favorite foods (OK well maybe technically I'll do that a day or two before since I'll need to fast the day of)...cheeseburgers, pizza, fried chicken, real Japanese ramen, cuban sandwich, cotton candy, Hershey's chocolate, Flødeboller, coca cola (preferably Mexican coke), poutine, chocolate mousse.
2. Take a long walk with my dog around all the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods where I live. She really enjoys it and I get to appreciate the city I'm in with all the gorgeous architecture and diversity of people. It's fun bonding for us.
3. Make sure any money I have left in my various bank accounts goes to the charities of my choice and not to my family. I'd rather help others than give it to my family who look down at those individuals who greatly need the charitable donations.

I like to plan out some nice day on the beach. But realistically its going to be me having crippling anxiety and panic attacks in a hotel room. In my previous attempts, as I got closer to my set date I just got stressed out to the extreme and could barely operate. I really think lack of sleep and anxiety contributed a lot to my previous failed attempts. I wish I knew a solution to overcome it. I may try setting a block of days instead of a day, and do it the first thing I wake up instead of when I'm more fatigued.
