Help What about heroin ?

I'm living in a town where I'm pretty sure I could find Heroin from the drug dealers.

BUT. I've never taken drugs. Just a few joints when I was younger and I stopped cause I had a HUGE bad trip (I dont know what I smoked exactly). I'm a very anxious person and I know I can have a panic attack from scratch. So I'm scared of doing drugs AND I'm scared of my attempts cause if I do a massive panic attack, I could stop everything and/or call the ambulance.

If I take a lethal dose of heroin (knowing I don't do drugs so it should be quite easy), am I at risk to experience things that I could not endure ? What are the effects ? Do you thing this method should be banned from my list knowing all of that ?

I'm curious as well. I've always thought a heroin overdose sounded like a nice way to go.
