WENN ich outdoor nach meinem ableben welche Dokumente sollte man bei sich haben ,werde mein Handy mit nehmen und kurz vor meinem Tod noch verwanden u bekannte schreiben werde dann mein MP dann weg werfen.
mein Passport Personal ID werde ich dabei Haben denn mein Körper WIRD sehr wahrscheinlich zum Teil zerstört sein .

You don't need a passport/IP for afterlife. Excuse me for this joke.
Even if you will have severe injuries and your body could be distorted, even then, the authorities are able to identify you. Only thing which could helpful for the police or the rescue team would be a note with names and numbers to contact your relatives or friends immediately. If this is in your interest of course.

And please don't do something which could traumatize or injure bystanders.
