I have an extensive background of opiate and heroin abuse and have a resume which includes 2 opiate overdoses. Let me tell you I can promise you this is the most peaceful euphoric blissful way to go out I can imagine. I'm seeing lots of people discouraging the use of opiates, even though the PPH states that an opiate benzo over dose is basically as effective as N according to their grading system. Prescription opiates and benzos are readily available on the dark net and they are 100% legitimate pharma which allows you to accurately measure your lethal dose or multiple lethal doses. Why isn't this method talked about more? I have seen a few common myths on this forum that get tossed around frequently they are:

Myth #1: only fentanyl can kill you
This is absolutely false there are clear rough estimates for basically all opiates (particularly oxycodone and morphine) for a disease that can kill you. According to PPH if you take similar antimemtic protocols you won't throw them up

Myth #2: All pharma grade drugs on darknet are counterfeit
This is false if you read reviews and do a little research you can see which vendors have pharma grade opiates. However you can also access fentanyl and other street opiates but these are risky because the potency can be hard to measure

Myth #3: Opiates have a higher risk of brain damage than other methods
Almost all methods have a risk of brain damage. However 100000 people died on accident last year and very very few had brain damage.
This is only a risk if you are found in a very short window of time when your brain is half dead as is the risk with any method

Anyways the floor is open people ask any questions or spill your thoughts on this method

i was looking into oxy ODs, mixing it with alcohol and benzos but apparently a lot of people on this forum and outside have tried and failed. the risk of failure is high and the chance of permanent damage is as well. that's why a lot of ppl stay away from opiate ODs

The lethal dose varies wildly from person to person, which is why higher potency opiates would be more desirable. But for the most part, I agree that there should be more discussion about this.

There was a fairly convoluted procedure to securing N from D, so having to mess about with the darknet doesn't sound so bad. We would just need a standard procedure or a specific trusted source.

Opiates
Pros:
1.Painless.
No doubt. Fent for example used in induction of general anesthesia.
2.Low doses required
Morphine lethal dose ranged in 1 to 10gms. Heroin requires 4 to 8 times less since it's more powerful than morphine to the same degree. Carfent kills in amounts equal to tiny particles
3.Relatively reliable if no intervention taken
Resp depression, and circulatory collapse follows an overdose.

Cons:
1.Restricted access
All opiates are scheduled and literally no opiate turnover in some parts of the world.
2.Unreliable if intervention taken
Poisoning is reversible at any degree by naloxone, antidote for opiate OD
3.Cause vomiting among ppl who didnt opiates esp in the oral route
The most reliable ways for drug(s) delivery are intravenous and intramuscular though snorting, hypodermal injections, enemas and rubbing in gums are options as well
4.Can lead to addiction
One should be careful with a substance testing
5.Possession is illegal without medical authorization
Ordering over the internet is risky therefore
6.Questionable purity of illicit opiates
There could be too much cut in street heroin so even several gms couldnt work. At the same time the same dose from the other vendor could be enough to put down a dozen persons

They sound so appealing. I loved the feeling of codeine when I was prescribed it. I'd worry about the illegality of it though. Plus- I'm too much of a wimp to inject myself with anything.

Kind of curious I suppose though- if it is so good- why don't they use it in suicide clinics? (Maybe they do? I thought they mainly used N though.)

I think sometimes they use it with fentanyl. Also it takes much longer to pass if taken orally than other N. But other than that I'm not sure it is sooooooo easy to overdose it happens to hundreds of people a day on accident in America so I imagine it's super easy if you try

Do you have any links to those attempts? I would be interested in their dosaging among other things

I took codeine in combination with quetiapine and alcohol and ended up on life support. Had I not been taken to hospital I would have died. I was out within 20-30 minutes and it was completely painless. I still think about that attempt and wish I could re do it
