Hello, everyone. This is my first time posting, I'm new here!
As the title says, I've been looking for ways to SH without people noticing it (preferably ways that don't involve OD or inner body harm). I genuinely can't bear being alive anymore, and sadly, I still don't have the necessary resources to CTB.
That said, does anyone have any suggestions? I used tocut a few years ago to relieve stress among other strong emotions, but got discovered. I'd like to cut again to relieve (yet again) strong emotions and don't feel like I'm losing my mind completely, but it's sadly out of my plans due to it being so easily noticeable.
