Waterfast how long

How long to stop drinking water according to Stan's guide? Ik do 12 hours fast but what's the Waterfast Time ? 6 hours?
I do the 48 hours regime, can't seem to find it it Stan's guide..

I think its 2-4 hours. You'll need to take small sips when you take the AEs and any other meds though unless you wana dry swallow the pills.
