Some do contribute to it all though and then claim they care about the world. It's not really about the world it's about them and that's fine if they're honest that they couldn't give a shit. We know where we stand then

I don't know who claims to care about the world or doesn't. That's down to the individual and isn't really related to what I originally said.

People in those videos are, mainly, people in financial trouble that looks after their family. There is no another explanation. It's utterly sick. Do you feel your life is worthless? I don't feel good either, but I don't take it on anybody.

You know that personally, do you? You know everybody from those videos, of which there are tens of thousands? There are plenty of other explanations, they don't fail to exist just because you won't look at them, just the way you left "angry" reacts on all the posts who said they did in fact use those videos for research.

Where did "I don't take it out on anybody" come from? I think we established that this is a clandestine activity. You're not even arguing points that exist, dude.

There's a variety of reasons people watch those videos. Some have bad intentions, some dont. I think it's unfair to assume we are all getting a fix and we should be dead, but I respect your opinion. I haven't watch anything in a long time and dont plan on watching anything else, but I dont think you're inherently evil for watching a video of somebody dying.

I bet more people watch then are willing to admit. I dont feel it's anything to be ashamed about, assuming you're not like checking for new ones 5 times a day or watching them to get a fix. It's a fine line to walk, but I want to acknowledge that not everyone will think you're a screwball for watching them.

I mean, this site itself is a place for research. We all talk about it, support eachother, accept eachother right? I dont think there is that much disconnection between contributing in a site that actively posts methods, resources and information about how to kill yourself, and watching somebody die.

People absolutely watch it for research, and that can still be done respectfully. People who make the videos obviously want somebody to see them, for whatever reason. I never smirked or was left wanting for more. Some people dont want to shy their eyes away from the tragedies of this earth. Some people rather just read about them. I dont think it's a big of a deal as you're making it about to be, although I'll acknowledge that there are definitely some fucked up people who watch them...just not everyone is like them

Yeah, this is a puzzling thing to me. Like, you're on a website where suicidal people ACTIVELY DISCUSS METHODS OF SUICIDE. It's an unfortunate fact that people on this very forum WILL take their lives after finding life an insurmountable obstacle for which they no longer deem the 'prize' worthy. But the VIDEOS are what you take issue most with?
