Hello, I am interested in the tourniquet method just in case SWB fails (I have difficulty with just hyperventilating for long enough)

I have neck ties, spatulas, but nothing in my home could support my weight if I ever try to hang myself.

can anyone link a thread or show me actual drawings/visuals/ detailed explanations for it? Thanks!
