What do you think about using promethazine hydrochloride (Phenergan) before SN? It is in a form of syrup, and includes other ingredients like hydrogenated glucose syrup, sodium citrate, sodium sulphite and sodium benzoate. The idea is that it would help to induce drowsiness + work as a light antiemetic. Would using 100 ml be too much? Could the syrup interfere with SN? Thanks!
