Help Using other betablockers than propranolol

All SN threads only mention Propranolol as Betablocker. I have Clonidin and Nomexor. Can I use one of them as an alternative?

As long as they're helpful with tachycardia then it's good to use, just make sure you're using an appropriate dosage for SN as well as not using too much, as that will cause nausea. Even if they aren't that strong, it is still better than nothing.
