Discussion need some advice for my plan

So, here is my plan to ctb

I just need some advice on the BZD dosage I need, and I want to check if this plan is good enough.


T+8h : begin fasting
T+2h : stop drink water
T+1h : 600mg of Ibuprofen
T+40 mins : 3 x 10mg Domperidone / Estazolam / propranolol
T : 35g SN with water

I plan to use Estazolam and propranolol simply because I happen to have them.

My question is how much Estazolam/propranolol I need to take?

Also, I am currently taking Escitalopram.
I heard it interacts negatively with with Domperidone.
Does it cause any pain or discomfort that I should be aware of?

edit: my SN is labled as non-food grade but it says the purity of it is 98.7%, does it matter it is not food grade ( I doubt it would but still want to ask just in case )

Your Escitalopram/Lexapro therapy could make things more unpleasant/less peaceful since it has an interaction with Domperidone, from what I gather it would most likely only intensify the palpitations and I'm unsure if the propranolol would help or complicate it further.
If I was in your situation I'd switch to Dimenhydrinate as the antiemetic, since it doesn't have any interactions with Escitalopram.
But that depends if Dimenhydrinate is something they regularly prescribe, or even have available, in your country.
If they do you can text/go to ur doctor saying you're nauseous, vomiting and unable to keep food down... and that a family member gave you Dimenhydrinate in a similar situation previously and it helped.
You should research and use the most popular brand name and not the generic "Dimenhydrinate" tho, just to be cautious and seem clueless.

Don't take Metoclopramide cuz in combination with Escitalopram it could give you serotonin syndrome (which you definitely don't want).
Anti-psychotics won't be a good substitute either cuz they've all got the same interaction as Domperidone.

It doesn't matter if your SN is industry or food grade just that it's pure enough, you should test the purity using the aquarium strips method:
