Using a saw to cut your head seems like a very bloody method! But in the 14th Century, torture was used on prisoners - their bodies were sawn bloody and many died of torture.

A chainsaw, although gruesome and bloody, doesn't really hurt at the time of injury, your body is just kind of shocked. Apply a chainsaw to your throat and it is game over, a headshot is not guaranteed, it could bounce off the skull. Of course if you have actual fentanyl there is no point, you don't need anything else.
