It says you started a private chat with me, @the12.mors.ishigh but when I click, it just shows my chat with another person. It doesn't show any chat messages from you.

They don't have enough messages. Chat is not activated.

Requirements to enter chat has been changed

I received some messages recently from members asking why they are unable to enter chat. We changed the requirements to enter chat to prevent trolls and alt-accounts from entering chats easily and pursuing malicious goals. Thanks for your understanding and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused...

It's so odd though that it lets one initiate the chat, why not simply remove or disable the button.
