USA benzo source?

i don't understand DMNs & no doctor will prescribe it to me due to an addiction history of other substances in the past.

I know there are sources on the clear web. If anybody would share a reliable source with me I'd really appreciate it! I have everything else for the SN route ordered.

From what I have gathered, benzos don't seem to be a must for the SN method, just a nice thing to have to keep your anxiety low when your heart rate starts getting elevated.
