Hey! So sorry for my inactivity to all the people that even know me. I won't go into the details of why i was gone however I am asking for any requests for guides that may be out of date or not specific in a number of ways so I can build on them for all of you! If you can make one for sn for those without bezos or antiemetics and only access to otc ones like dramamine, antacids and ibuprofen to be as comfortable as possible

Sure I would be willing to make an updated sn bible with a section on that!! I already tried once but lost motivation so I definitely have the knowledge on it.

Also I saw a thread where people were saying you don't need 25 g since 1g is lethal and the more you take the more pain you're in and the more you throw up, they were saying like 5 or 8 should be enough but I want to make sure
